The products can be delivered to all countries of the world, to the address of your choice, in accordance with the information you have provided. FRIED SAS declines all responsibility in the event of delay or absence of delivery originating from the transmission of erroneous or incomplete elements concerning the delivery address that you have indicated. Orders will be shipped every Monday following validation of your order form by FRIED SAS.

Exchange and refund policy

FRIED SAS guarantees the reimbursement of any item with which you are not completely satisfied (excluding sales periods) when it is returned intact within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt (the postmark being taken as proof). The return is the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with the practice of distance selling, only items returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact as they were marketed to you will be accepted. Consequently, returns of items worn will be refused. All products can be exchanged, credited or refunded. The latter will be made by check or bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of your request as follows:

- If the product is returned for reasons that concern you (change of mind, model that does not meet your expectations, etc.), FRIED SAS will reimburse you for the price of your order, excluding shipping and return costs.

- If the product is returned because of its responsibility, FRIED SAS will reimburse you for the amount of your order, including shipping costs (except if these have not been paid).

Despite all the care taken by FRIED SAS in preparing the packages, a product may be missing. Likewise, after transporting the package, one of the products may prove to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the conformity of the products received. Any defect concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package, etc.) must imperatively be notified the same day of receipt to the customer service of Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and FRIED SAS will be released from all liability . FRIED SAS reserves the right to claim the return of the defective product. If all the aforementioned conditions are met, FRIED SAS will then proceed either to the exchange of the defective product (s), or to the re-shipment of the missing product (subject to the validity of the request and the available stock status).
